Lachenalia Day at Exbury in March, Malvern Autumn Show in September and visits in October to Bramdean Garden, Hants., Springbank Nursey, Isle of Wight, and Exbury Gardens.

Although Lachenalias are not amaryllids, they are also Southern African bulbs.
Requiring similar cultivation conditions to amaryllids, but flowering in Spring rather than in Autumn, they complement each other well and are grown by a number of NAAS members.
